In the 2018 the barn has been restructured for the new tasting-room / restaurant where the agrichef Milena tries to promote the most popular recipes of grandma Maddalena and today you can enjoy the genuine taste of traditional Piedmontese cuisine.ì

Grancollina’s bucher shope was sounded in 1997 to promote one of the top products of our territory: “Piedmontese Fassona meat”. The stable is a closed cycle, with the cows, the bull and the calves in the wild in a 2-hectare yard, while in the barn there are cattles for fattening. The barn has been built recently following all the new european measures for animal welfare. The natural seasonal diet allows a tasty meat of the highest quality.
