In addition to offering hospitality and food at their farmstead, Azienda Agricola Agrituristica Bricco Gallo also produces typical local specialties, particularly meat. Raising cattle has always been a key activity for this farm, which boasts more than 100 head of pure Piedmont Fassone beef cattle, raised according to traditional methods and also in full compliance with current EU regulations. The various cuts of fresh and cured meat, produced on site, are offered together with honey and other seasonal specialties from the neighboring farms.
