For about 10 years Tenuta la Pergola has been converted to a farm, since that time it has grown fruit trees such as quinces, figs, peaches, and a vegetable garden that year after year is getting bigger and bigger, as a livelihood for the family and for the materials first of the preserves of “The recipes of Nonna Franca”. The line of potted products is a search for traditional Piedmontese recipes but also a turning point for something new, such as Pumpkin and Orange jams or Figs and Barbera, or the jams of white and red wine perfect for cheeses. In addition to the potted products, we also produce Ottofile Corn flour, a type of ancient cereal that was used to be grown in the province of Asti.
