Franco Francesco Vini

Our history
Franco Francesco was established in 1911 in San Damiano d’Asti, a small town in the province of Asti, south of Piedmont. Among these fertile lands, in this particular microclimate, on lands rich in geological history, there are hills dominated by fortresses, meadows, woods, ancient castles and Roman churches; here Francesco in 1933 has planted the first vines where their important grapes ripen, giving us elegant wines full of primary perfumes; thus begins the story of Franco Francesco.

From the dream of a lifetime, a winery
The great enthusiasm that animated Francesco has also inspired his children, determined to accompany him in this stimulating adventure. The starting point remains the constant research of the most suitable production techniques to guarantee, from the vineyard to the cellar, the highest possible quality to the final product. With the years in the Alfieri Hills, happily laid down among the confluence of three large territories, Monferrato, Roero and Langhe, in this fluvial environment, with a cold temperate climate, vineyards of different types have been planted.
